Upon the challenge made by KrvKurva of customizing a LA.GA bag to be part of their collection "To Love is Not an Option", we started considering this canvas also in terms of function, shape and construction philosophy. Soon the conclusion that LA.GA aesthetics was more suitable for a female audience come up. So the challenge was reverted: instead of a customized LA.GA, the idea would be to rethink its shape in order to open it to a more wide range of users and perspectives.

Ga.lo shape comes from the wi of optimizing the original rectangular shape of 50x70cm from where La.Ga is cut. The concept was finally set by KrvKurva and it was about to bring to the object a more accurate idea of the symbolic value, for the user, of a new even more precious object than La.Ga itself.

Ga.Lo was launched during Experimentadesign 2005 where a limited edition of 10 laser cut bags were given away as awards to male personalities distinguished by KrvKurva.
